Of teaching children: It is the task of each generation to civilize the barbarian hordes which are continually invading from below.

Artist’s Comments:

Kids are great! God bless them! My own little "barbarians" colored in the large letters, which offer a contrast to the more "sophisticated" forms. The transition in color from swamp green to deep blue is meant to show the progress a child makes toward godliness.
